Returns?
No problem! Contact us and we will arrange for your package to be returned to us and a suitable solution will be found.
You can return or exchange the items you ordered from Accu-machine.nl within 14 days. After registering your return, you have another 14 days to actually return the item. After this period, we will no longer accept returns. Within the stated period, you will be credited with the full order amount including shipping costs. The costs for returning from your home to the webshop are for the consumer's own account. If you make use of your right of withdrawal, the product will be returned to the entrepreneur with all supplied accessories and in the original condition and packaging. We use a definition of 'original condition' as how you handle a product and leave it behind when you view the product in a physical store.
Warranty
The warranty on our products depends on the type of product. Upon receipt of a defective product, the serial number and product number are always checked. A product without a sticker cannot therefore be processed for repair. If it turns out that the product has been used incorrectly, or has been damaged by water and/or falling, the warranty will always expire. In the event of a positive assessment, the product will always be replaced by a comparable or better product.
